Randox becomes latest corporate member of EDMA
The European Diagnostic Manufacturers Association, EDMA welcomes Randox Laboratories as new corporate affiliate, bringing the Association’s overall membership up to 30 major IVD companies and 21 National Associations. Randox Laboratories’ goal is to continue investing in the development of new healthcare technology solutions to improve disease diagnosis and patient care.
Founded in 1982, Randox Laboratories is an Ulster-based reagent and equipment manufacturer providing a wide range of clinical diagnostic products for laboratory medicine. The company’s core products and services include Biochip Array Technology, clinical chemistry automation systems, external quality assurance schemes, Internet driven QA systems, quality control materials, antibodies, recombinant proteins, clinical reagents and environmental diagnostics.
With sales and distribution agreements in 130 countries and having international offices with representation in the continents of Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America and South America, Randox Laboratories employs over 600 people, including 185 research scientists, and invest approximately 30% of gross income in research and development.
EDMA looks forward to a fruitful cooperation with Randox Laboratories to promote In Vitro testing, prevention, early diagnosis and monitoring of treatments, access to innovation, and high quality healthcare.
