Hungary presents its national Lab Tests Online
EDMA, the European Diagnostic Manufacturers Association is proud to announce that Hungarian citizens and medical professionals have now joined the many English, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish speakers benefiting from their own linguistic versions of Lab Tests Online, the reliable, peer-reviewed and non-commercial online source of information on laboratory tests and related conditions. On the world-wide scene, EDMA welcomes the launch of the new English version customised for the Australasian scene.
Lab Tests OnlineHU has been developed by EDMA in close cooperation with the national scientific society of clinical chemistry, Magyar Laboratóriumi Diagnosztikai Társaság (MLDT), the IVD association HIVDA, and the assistance of the Hungarian Ministry of Health, which has partially funded the development of the site.
On the other side of the world, the citizens of Australia and New Zeeland are already benefiting from their own tailored version of Lab Tests OnlineAU, developed by the Australasian Association of Clinical Biochemists (AACB) and funded by the Australian Government.
The award winning mother version of all Lab Tests OnlineUS sites was developed in the United States by the American Association of Clinical Chemistry (AACC). As citizens are becoming more interested in their own health, Lab Tests Online provides them with the proper information on the tests that have been prescribed and the conditions linked to them.

EDMA, the European Diagnostic Manufacturers Association represents National Associations and major companies engaged in the research, development, manufacture or distribution of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) medical devices in Europe. Through its affiliated National Associations, EDMA represents in total more than 500 companies (or over 700 legal entities) across Europe. The mission of EDMA is to raise awareness of the importance, usefulness and added-value that diagnostic information can provide to healthcare.
